Summary
The influence of cerebrolysin on some parameters of the cerebral hemodynamics was studied in 20 patients in residual period after stroke by method of ultrasonic dopplerography. Cerebrolysin in doses 20-25 ml in day increased the cerebral blood flow. Cerebrolysin optimized speech and motor functions in patients.

Adipose tissue blood circulation and influence of oxygen-ozone therapy.

Summary
The study is devoted to assessment of blood coagulation and tissue circulation in therapy of local fat depositions with subcutaneous injections of oxygen-ozone cocktail. The dynamics of fibrinogen and prothrombin blood values were estimated in 47 women with local fat depositions treated with course of subcutaneous oxygen-ozone therapy. Also skin surface temperature, erythema range and skin oxygen tension were estimated before and after single subcutaneous injections of oxygen-ozone cocktail. Functional parameters (pO2, erythema, surface temperature) had not demonstrated any remarkable changes after injections of oxygen-ozone cocktail. Mild hypocoagulation effect was achieved with using minor volumes of oxygen-ozone cocktail. Increasing of injected gas cocktail volume had not showed remarkable effects on coagulatory haemostasis values.

Summary
The aim of the work was to study the compensatory potentials of the microcirculatory bed of vascular pools of the anterior and posterior spinal arteries of spinal cord lumbar enlargement and their influence on functional rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar spine-spinal cord injury. The studies were performed in 13 patients with spine-spinal cord injury in the acute and early periods of spinal cord traumatic disease. Spinal cord regional blood flow was estimated using high-frequency ultrasound Dopplerography. It has been revealed that the vascular pools of the diameter of spinal cord lumbar enlargement have limited compensatory potentials. The anterior spinal artery pool in this group of patients was more compensated than the pool of posterior spinal arteries. Negative changes in the vascular pool of posterior spinal arteries were not compensated by the reserves of anterior spinal artery vascular pool. The increase of blood flow is required for clinical-and-functional rehabilitation of patients after decompression measures in two vascular pools simultaneously.

Role and Significance of Operation of Arterializing Venous Blood flow in Comparison with Lumbar sympathectomy in Treatment of Patients with Critical Ischemia of Lower Extremities.

Summary
Treatment of the patients with occlusive lesions of the femoro-popliteo-crural segment, leading to critical ischemia of lower extremities (CILE) in the topical question of modern angiology and vascular surgery. One of the palliative ways of treatment by indirect revascularization in surgical desympathization. We share the skepticism of many surgeons concerning lumbar sympathectomy in the treatment of patients with Ш-IV stages of lower limbs ischemia, becouse of its low effect and the possibility of further addravation of ischemia not only in the affected limb, but also in the opposite one. The published date and our own results demons trite that the arterialized blood enters the deep vein system because this problem. In this work we have generalized the ways of surgical treatment of patients with critical ischemia of the lower extremities (CILE) in the background of an occlusion of the distal arterial bed, using different and surgical approaches such as arterialization of the veins and lumbar sympathectomy. But mainly the aim of the study was to compare the out comes in that group of patients after arterialization of the venous bed and after sympathectomy on the basis of evaluation of the arterialization of the blood flow, comparative study of various teachings of arterialization and their effectiveness. A novelty of the research is the study of linking and perforating veins and intramural in tramuscular veins. So the comparative analysis of the results the two kinds of the performed operations in the most severely affected group of patients allows to reduce the number of unfavorable outcomes, decrease the probability of an amputation, maybe by further improvement of promising operation technique-arterialization of the veins of the affected limb. It is a realistic way of achieving success in this domain.

Intravascular auto-rosette formation and it influence on peripheral blood flow.

Summary
We studied 226 patients: 83 with diabetes mellitus (II type, DM-II), 60 patients with arterial hypertension (AH), and 63 healthy volunteers to determine the effects of intravascular auto-rosette formation on arteriolar blood flow. Blood flow was measured using high-frequency ultrasound dopplerography apparatus (Minimax-Doppler-K) and auto-rosette formation determined by method of Belchenko (1990). It was found that patients with DM-II complicated with AH had maximal amount of auto-rosettes in peripheral blood comparing to healthy persons and patients with AH only. Linear velocity of blood flow in microvessels correlated with amount of auto-rosettes. We propose that auto-rosettes can be negative factors for parameters of blood flow in microvessels.

The investigation of the amplitude dynamics of peripheral blood flow oscillations during postocclusive reactive hyperemia in healthy subjects.

Summary
We measured microcirculatory parameters in 30 healthy volunteers using the method of laser Doppler flowmetry. Reactivity of microcirculation determined using occlusion test. We evaluated rhythmic components in the blood flow signal using amplitude-frequency and amplitude-time analyses on the basis of continuous wavelet-transform spectral analysis. We had studied the dynamics of amplitudes in skin blood flow deviations after postocclusive reactive hyperemia in healthy volunteers. It was found that amplitudes of peripheral blood flow deviations significantly increased in various physiological diapasons after cessation of occlusion. This method can be used for determination of functional condition of microcirculatory arteriolar and venular compartments and for investigation of myogenic mechanisms of its regulation.

Influence of different antihypertensive treatments on endothelial function and on blood oxygen transport indices in patients with arterial hypertension.

Summary
The aim of our study was assessment of influence of different antihypertensive treatments on endothelial function and blood oxygen transport indices in patients with III grade arterial hypertension. Study population includes 33 patients with hypertension and 20 healthy persons. The results of our studies indicate that endothelial dysfunction in hypertensive patients significantly changes blood oxygen indices. Treatment of hypertensive patients with nebilet and bicycle training stimulates NO production, corrects the blood oxygen transport indices, which improves efficiency of the treatment and can have an additional protective effect on the prevention of vascular complications in arterial hypertension.

Leukocytosis and leukocyte adhesion upon the development of brain ischemia.

Summary
In our previous studies the phenomenon was found of leukocyte adhesion to the walls of microvessels during a gradually developing brain ishemia. The question arose about a possible influence of an increased number of leukocytes in the blood on the number of adhesion acts during ishemia. In this work an attempt to solve this question was made. The number of leukocytes in the white rat blood was measured after bilateral binding of carotid arteries and gradual development of the brain ishemia. The number of leukocytes adhered to the inner surface of the brain venula walls was recorded simultaneously. The number of leukocytes in the blood was shown to increase very quickly as the ishemia starts, and in 2 hours it increases more than twice. Whereas the number of adhered leukocytes almost does not increase. In 3 hours the number of leukocytes in the blood began to decrease, and the number of adhered leukocytes began to increase quickly. By 5 hours after binding the arteries the number of leukocytes in the blood decreases to the starting value, and the number of adhered leukocytes increased by a factor of more than 2.5. A conclusion is made that the adhesion of leukocytes is not associated with an increase in their number in the blood. At the same time a decrease in the number of leukocytes in the blood by the fifth hour of ishemia may be associated with an increase in the number of leukocyte adhesion acts. A decrease in the number of leukocytes in the blood may be an indication to an increase in the number of leukocyte adhesion acts and to a deterioration of the microcirculation upon a hard brain ishemia resulting from the brain stroke.

The research has showed the opportunity to use this approach in the study of endothelial dysfunction in case of different damage factors.

Autofluorescence changes in kidney after short ischemia in rat.

Summary
It is known there are intracellular fluorochrome molecules — NADH, FAD, porphyrins and some others which are able to shine in visible light spectrum by UV or blue visible light excitation. The study is devoted to autofluorescent intravital organoscopy by visible light (X=405 ПМ) in short rat's kidney ischemia model. Fluorochrome's emission curves were compared with B,G,R signals of spectrum. Obtained data suggest that metabolism changes are visualized over 5 minutes since ischemia starts. There is reduction of porphyrines in ischemic kidney.

The influence of laser irradiation of blood on neuromediator system of small intestine in experimental intoxication by ethanol.

Summary
During the experiment on rats the influence of the overvein laser blood irradiation on the neuromediation in the muscular membrane of small intestine of the animals with ethanol intoxication was studied. The method of incubation using glyoxylic acid in modification by E. I. Slutchanko in order to reveal adrenergic nerve fibers was applied. The 15 um frozen sections were worked on according to the Karnovsky-Ruts method in order to spot cholinergic fibers. The use of OLBI (overvein laser blood irradiation) in the treatment of ethanol intoxication during the experiments on rats in average three days after the modelling of ethanol intoxication enabled to reestablish precise indices, which reflect the state of neuromediation in the muscular membrane of small intestine of the animals. The analysis of the obtained data of experimental research enables to express the supposition concerning the relatively beamed influence of OLBI (overvein laser blood irradiation) on the vegetative nervous system, namely on the state of neuromediatory connections in muscular membrane of small intestine of the animals with ethanol intoxication.

Protective effect of Lornoxicam on the rat brain after focal ischemia and focal ischemia with ischemia-reperfusion of carotid artery.

Summary
The development of novel methods of brain ischemic insult therapy is an important challenge in medicine. In our work, the neuroprotection effects of lornoxicam (non-selective inhibitor of COX) were investigated for the focal ischemia, focal ischemia with carotid artery reperfusion and incomplete global ischemia of the brain. Size of cerebral cortex necrosis and neurological symptoms development dynamics for rats were the end-points of experiment. Using the lornoxicam in an acute ischemic stage and focal ischemia, complicated with carotid artery reperfusion, causes involution of the necrosis size in the first case, as well as in the second one for the group with small diseased area. The medication does not improve, but does not deprave neurological symptoms of rats with incomplete global ischemia of the brain, as well. We consider lornoxicam to be useful for acute stage of brain ischemic insult treatment.
